2012 Xavier Hawks Win State D2 Soccer Title

The Van Hammond's were fortunate enough to have two members of the 2012 D2 State Champion Xavier Hawks Boys Soccer team. The Championship game was held Saturday, October 28 at Uhlein Field in Milwaukee.
