2015 - Tim's Bucket List – WI High School State Track Meet

My kids think I'm sick but I actually like track! There are two items on my bucket list that are similar: 1) attend the WI High School State Track Meet held at UW La Crosse and 2) attend the WI High School Cross Country Meet. Last weekend I was able to knock the State Track Meet off my list.

As you can see, below, it is a beautiful facility in a beautiful setting on a beautiful day!

I woke up on Saturday morning and found the weather forecast for the entire state to be cloud free AND perfect timing to allow me to drive the 3 hours to get to UWL and see my friend, Russ Hermus' son John vault in the Pole Vault competition. Congratulations to John for a great season and making it to State!!
