2017 Rox and Erik Shovel at Lambeau Field

Erik moved back 'home' in mid-December after graduating from Marquette. In an attempt to earn some spending money (and do something different), he decided to help shovel out Lambeau Field. We've all heard about it but no one that I know has done it. The Packers pay $10/hour for shoveling.

But how is this for motherly love??? Roxanne said she would go to Lambeau to shovel with Erik AND give him the money she earned. How was that?? :-)

Both woke up very early to get in line at Lambeau for an 8am start time. They woke up to get to Lambeau at 6;30 because we had heard that they limit the number of people. Rox and Erik were let in at about 7:40am but agreed they didn't need to get up quite that early as they were easily before any cutoff.

They shoveled for 4 hours so Erik pocketed about $80 including Roxanne's take

Of course, both had to celebrate afterward with a Kroll's hamburger!!!!
